From academic success to young innovators and student leaders

Jaipur: Last week brought different reasons to celebrate at three Jaipur schools — a student clocking an exceptional academic score, young children discovering science through experiments and a new batch of student leaders taking charge.

Cambridge Court World School

Cambridge Court World School felicitated Nehal for her outstanding performance in the CBSE Class XII Humanities examination. She scored 499 out of 500 marks and secured a 99.712 percentile in CUET, placing her among the top performers.

School director Lata Rawat said Nehal’s achievement reflected her perseverance, discipline and consistent effort. She said Nehal remained focused despite challenges and drew inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita’s message, “Focus on your actions and leave the rest to God.”

Nehal credited her teachers and family for their support. She will pursue BA (Hons) Economics at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and hopes to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination in the future.

Dharav High School

At Dharav High School, students of Classes I and II got a chance to discover science beyond textbooks at “Eureka – Science Fiesta 2026”, a two-day event held last week.

The young participants explored science through interactive experiments, role plays and presentations. Instead of simply listening to explanations, the children were encouraged to observe, ask questions and find ways to understand the world around them.

The event gave the young students an opportunity to see how science works in everyday life and encouraged them to approach learning with curiosity. For the children, experiments and questions became as important as the answers.

India International School

At India International School, Mansarovar, the new Student Council for 2026-27 took charge last week at an investiture ceremony held in two sessions for the junior and senior wings.

Chairperson Amit Gupta presented sashes to the newly elected senior office-bearers and administered their oath. Tavishi Verma took oath as Head Girl, while Yuvaan Sharma and Angel Agarwal also took on key responsibilities in the student council.

The junior wing held its own investiture ceremony, with principal Nidhi Mishra presenting sashes to the newly elected office-bearers and administering the oath.

The school leadership congratulated the new council members and encouraged them to take their responsibilities seriously and lead by example.

Across the three schools, the focus was different — a student celebrating an exceptional academic result, young children discovering science through experiments and a new batch of student leaders taking charge. Together, the events reflected how learning continues beyond textbooks and classrooms.
